Setup Cost Setup is completely free. When you join we will create an account for you, and from there you can add users, KPI's / scorecards and enter data as required. Some clients would prefer us to help with setting them up, helping to define the necessary measures and input historical data. See the bottom of the page for more information on this.
30 Day Free Trial A 30 Day Free Trial is available to anyone. The Free Trial Account is equivalent to a Premium Account. See the graphs, tables and dashboards the system can produce for you and make your mind up from there. We will contact you near the end of your trial and see if which account you would like, or if you need a bit more time to evaluate everything just let us know!
Number of Users This is the number of active users your account will support. The system logs all usage and changes to data, so you can never delete a user, but you can mark them as no longer active - these users are not counted in your quota.
Number of KPI's / Scorecards Basic and free accounts have a limit on the number of KPI's and Scorecards that can be measured, Premium and Charity do not have a limit. You can mark a scorecard you have been using as inactive if you no longer require it and it will not count towards your quota.
Support Support requests are logged via e-mail or a form on our site. Charity and Free account support issues will be resolved via e-mail. Premium and Basic accounts will be resolved via e-mail and phone support where appropriate. Support operates 9am to 10pm UK time, 4am to 5pm East Coast time. Support issues will be resolved within 24 hours, normally within 2 hours.
Storage Space Scorecard Manager allows you to store important documents to support KPI and Scorecard information. Word, Excel and Powerpoint files are support, along with any other file type you care to upload.
Monthly Product Updates Scorecard Manager is an evolving product. From the testing we have done so far, the requests from some founding users, and our own experience we have around 200 additions we wish to make to the system. We will be rolling out these additions over time, offering you more functionality from Scorecard Manager at no cost*. A monthly newsletter will provide information on each months changes.
*We endeavour for most updates to add to our existing service, however we reserve the right to offer new features that will require additional payment.
Internal IT Support Scorecard Manager requires no Internal IT Support, it is hosted on our servers and maintained by us. Setting up of KPIs/Scorecards is handled by you. We can offer the system for in house hosting, please contact us for more details.
